4- Choose the delivery company best suited to your
place of residence or delivery.
5- When your cart is filled, click on "finalize the order".
6-Fill in your billing address and check "same as
delivery address" if you wish to be delivered to the same
address, otherwise fill in your delivery address.
6- Click on "continue".
7- Choose your payment method. Then fill in the
requested fields.

Report the problem to Temarte within a week of receiving the work.
Provide any photographic evidence requested regarding the problem (including the work and the original packaging).

You receive a work with a missing described characteristic.
You receive a work with characteristics that differ from those described at the time of purchase (for example, a colour).
You receive a damaged work.
A work is declared lost or damaged by the carrier.

What are the delivery times?

Each work of art at Temarte is made individually and entirely by hand and requires specific manufacturing steps.
This has an impact on the delivery time of your work.
The delivery of a work can take less than a week to a maximum of two months.
It all depends on the availability of the work in our stocks and/or those of our partners, the specificities of the work in question in the event that a new piece has to be moulded, the workload of our workshops (increased during the end-of-year festive period, for example), but also on your country of residence and the place of dispatch of the work.
As soon as our workshop or our partner's workshop has validated your order and shipped your order, you will receive an email from us indicating the name of the carrier, the parcel number and the estimated delivery
date.
