More info

It consists mainly of busts of family or friends and statuettes of young women and children. His wife and two daughters are his privileged role models.

"The two sisters", sometimes called "the big sister", reflects the artist's familiarity with her models through her intimate character. The eldest, despite her childish line, already has a maternal look and attention.

The little child, the arm resting on her sister's neck, seems to respond to the affection she has for her unless he tries, because of the inactivity required by the pose, to repel her embrace.
